"Ephemerals"
Photo etchings don't necessarily look like photographs....
The function of the negative in photo etching is to block the light.
Ephemerals uses objects such as architect’s figurines and clock parts as negatives,
transparent photocopies of photographs and drawings,
as well as a ready made half-tone from a pre-digital newspaper image.
Each print references time in some way.
The butterfly is a symbol of fleeting time.
